Our Goal is to make each customer happy with their purchase. If there is an error in the listing specifications and you would like to return the item we will pay the return shipping charges and give a full refund. If you would like to return the product for any other reason, you may return it as long as it is in the original condition as when it was purchased with packaging. We will refund the amount you paid for the item less shipping. Please call or email us for a return authorization number. No returns after 30 days. We will file a mutual agreement not to complete the transaction with Ebay for all returns. Returns of product that included Free Shipping will be refunded less the actual shipping charge that was spent to ship the product.
