Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Get your order before Christmas!
Order in-stock products by noon, MST, on Friday, December 15, using standard free or flat-rate (ground) shipping for an expected delivery on or before December 22.
If you are in the Western US, standard free or flat-rate shipping may still reach you on time if you order up until noon on Monday, December 18, but we strongly recommend you do not wait until the last minute, as shipping carriers are very swamped this time of year and delays are common. If it is very important that your package arrive on time, we recommend you use 2-Day or Next Day Air. However, please note that these services are not available in all locations. Use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart to see what services are available at your zip code.
UPS 2nd Day Air orders of in-stock items placed before Wednesday, December 20 at noon MST will be scheduled for delivery on December 22 (no delivery on December 23 or 24 available with this service.)
UPS Next Day Air orders of in-stock items placed before Thursday, December 21 at noon MST will be scheduled for delivery on December 22 (no delivery on December 23 or 24 available with this service.)
Priority Mail ship-time estimates are not guaranteed. If you want to be safe, please allow an extra day or two to ensure delivery by December 22.
Since Christmas falls on a Monday this year, most shipping services will have a final delivery day on Friday, December 22. In order to get your order by Christmas, it is very important to not delay your order until the last minute!
For all regions, we cannot guarantee your order against weather delays or other unforeseen events that could occur after your order leaves our facility, regardless of the service you select. Deliveries this time of year may be made later in the evening than is typical for your location due to increased volume for package carriers. Additionally, if you are ordering skis and need bindings mounted, please be sure to fill in the mount form to avoid any snags in order processing. Keep in mind this is the busiest time of year for shipping companies and delays are likely so don't wait until the last minute!
Due to customs processing in a wide variety of countries, we cannot guarantee that intermational shipments will arrive by Christmas.
